Yue Fung International leading shareholder increases 1.54% shareholding

According to its rising transaction turnover, Yue Fung International Group Holdings (0965) announced that during the period between April 18 and April 26, Simply Noble held by its chairman and leading shareholder Lee Wing Kan and its family purchased 14.84 mln shares of the company at prices ranging from 5 HK cents to 6.4 HK cents, representing 1.54% of the existing issued shares.The stake of Yue Fung International Group held by Simply Noble increased from 21.8% to 22.62% after the acquisition and the shareholding held by it was expected to reach 31.5% if simply Noble completely exercised its converting notes valued at HK$20 mln.
