Donald Tsang expect houses to be hard up in three years

Incoming Financial Secretary Donald Tsang said the government Hong Kong would be short of houses in three years. Price of houses is expected to rise in the middle and long terms. He also indicated that the government would not change the policies in housing and lands. It is up to the market take  self-adjustments.
