Global Link Cyber International (0140) announced to be in talks with independent investors on long-term investment proposals.The relevant talks were still in primary stage and no definite articles were carried out. The investor might become the single leading shareholder of the company if the talks were carried out, but according to the present progress, the investor was not expected to be the single leading shareholder.If the talks were carried out, the company would release further announcement. As for the rumors that the agreement of the shareholding changing dealing would be finished before releasing the 2000 earnings report, the company said the relevant talks were none of the business of it.
