Mansion reconcile with a customer in a lawsuit

Mansion House (0376) announced to have reached a reconcilement with a customer by paying HK$20 mln for reconcilement, which was much lower than original HK$68.83 mln for compensation  Mansion House (0376) said a customer executive of Mansion Securities , who was sentenced to be guilty, was accused of using fake account bills and the company had been claimed to make compensation for HK$68.83. Mansion House (0376) said to have reach reconcilement with the customer  on Apr 25 with HK$20 mln, HK$10 of which would be paid by insurance company and the rest would be handled by internal sources. HK$7.6 mln have been made for provision, which was revealed in annual report of 2000.
