LifeTech to issue 9.82 mln shares to New World Devt units for 3.93 mln usd

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - New World Development Co Ltd said LifeTech Enterprises Inc has agreed to issue 9.82 new shares to New World Development units New World LifeTech Ltd or Profit Tractor Ltd for 3.93 mln usd.	    In a statement, New World Development said the consideration translates into a price of 0.40 usd per share and the 9.82 mln shares represent about 18 pct of LifeTech Enterprises' enlarged issued share capital.	    New World LfieTech may transfer the entire issued share capital of its wholly owned LifeTech (Asia) Ltd and New World LifeTech Pharmacy Ltd into LifeTech Enterprises to satisfy the consideration, the statement said.	    The statement said LifeTech Enterprises indirectly holds a 20 pct satke in New World LifeTech.
