STOCKWATCH: CHISOUTH AIR to try HK$2.8; bet on short-term

China Southern Airlines (1055) recovered this morning and saw certain support at HK$2.4. The turnover swelled on a strong RSI. Technically, the stock can sustain momentum and may try the key resistance gateway of HK$2.8 in near future. Advisable to absorb at low.  Short-term consolidation will be needed if the stock suffers resistance at the level. Recommend to sell. Supporting stance and resistance set at HK$2.45 and HK$2.8 respectively.
