Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical plans to issue A shares for listing at RMB10 eac

Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical said it had got approval from the shareholders to issue A shares. The company said it would issue 40 mln A shares at the placing price of RMB10 each.
