Mobicon Group open offer receives 0.23 times over subscription

Mobicon Group (1213), which is engaged in electronic components business, announced that it had received subscription for part of its 20 mln shares placement and its 30 mln open offer received 36.894 mln subscription, 0.23 times over subscription. Mobicon Group will be listed on the main board on May 7 at HK$1 each.
