Celestial Asia Securities approved by 79.64% shareholders to acquire Pricerite

Celestial Asia Securities Holdings(1049) announced the related suggestions on acquiring Pricerite Group (0996) had obtained 39 valid acceptance documents, involving 58 mln shares. Plus the stake acquired by the related persons, the stocks in Pricerite which were acquired totaled 500 mln, accounting for 79.64% of the issued capital. Public holding rate of Pricerite is 20.36%.
