Hongkong.com pays HK$2.8 mln for tour-related applicable software packages

Hongkong.com Corporation (8006) announced to purchase three tour-related applicable software packages for HK$2.8 mln, of which about HK$1.1 mln would be paid by cash and the rest would be paid by issuing new shares at HK$0.319 each, accounting for 0.1305% of enlarged capitals. Hongkong.com will provide maintenance services for the several websites of hotels.
