Luen Cheong Tai director rejects proposal of stake acquisition

Luen Cheong Tai International(1190) issued manifesto to state that its two Chan Man Chuen and Vong Pak Cheong received an initial proposal from independent third parties on acquiring their 58.92 mln shares, accounting for 14.99% of the issued stake. The two directors rejected the relevant suggestions on May 2nd.
