Henderson Land plans to raise HK$2 bln syndicated loans for paying back debts

Colin Lam, vice Chairman of Henderson Land Development (0012) announced the group planned to raise over HK$2 bln 3-to-5-year syndicated loans at rate of inter-bank interest rate plus 10 bps. The loans will be used to pay back the previous debts.
