CITIC Ka Wah Bank appoints four new directors

CITIC Ka Wah Bank (0183) announced that it has appointed Chan Hui Dor Lam and Jiang Shaozhi, deputy executive presidents of the bank, Zhang En Zhao, vice governor of the China Construction Bank and Chang Zhenming, standing director and deputy GM of CITIC, as its new directors. The appointment has been effective since May 4. Kong Siu Chee, Deng Sijing and Zhang Mingqian will be directors no longer and Zhou Hanrong has resigned.
