STOCKWATCH: Short-term SmarTone not suitable to bet on rebound

SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings (0315) has consolidated in the bottom zone and remained in weak side due to lack of sufficient turnover. It dropped against the booming market today as a result of negative impact of being excluded from the HSI composite stocks, and once tested the 10-day moving average line. With a weaker RSI, it is expected to maintain consolidation trend and short-term investors are suggested not to bet on rebound. Supporting stance set at HK$9.5.
