HKEx: special consideration granted to companies with negative equity

As for case that companies with negative equity can apply for exemption of approvals on big transaction from board meeting, Kwong Ki Chi, CEO of of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (0388), said HKEx can grant special consideration to the application case by case. He made no answer to the questions on prolonged exemption application of PCCW..
