Priceline.com changes CEO

Priceline.com, online ticket seller, announced to nominate Richard Braddock as CEO, taking the place of Daniel Schulman with immediate effect. Jeffrey Boyd, operating controller, was appointed as president as well. Under the leadership of Schulman, Priceline.com recovered from the fringe of bankruptcy. Braddock said he had great confidence in outlook of the company.
