Li Yizhong: to carry out a plan of issuing RMB10 bln A shares

When asked about possibility of privatization of petrol-chemical companies, Li Yizhong, chairman of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (0386) parent company, said the company would restructure and amalgamate the subsidiaries but no timetable was set for it. The company would carry out a plan of issuing RMB10 mln A shares. He said the company didn¡¦t have plan of issuing convertible bonds.
