Xinao Gas share placement 5 times subscribed

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Xinao Gas Holdings Ltd said its placement of 180 mln new shares has been five times subscribed at 1.15 hkd each.	    In a statement, Xinao Gas said it has raised 207 mln hkd from the share placement.	    Xinao Gas is a private pipe-gas distributor in China.	    Trading of its shares will commence on the GEM board tomorrow.
