Northeast Electrical T&T Machinery Mfg : 51.58% legal person shares frozen

Northeast Electrical T&T Machinery Mfg.(0042) announced that 450 mln, or 51.58% legal person shares of its controlling share holders had been frozen by An Shan Mid Court for one year over debts. The company said the controlling shareholder was still a major one despite its frozen stake, which would spell no influence to normal operation and financial status.
