China Construction Bank plans to acquire and merger assets to support HK busines

Wang Xuebing, president of China Construction Bank said the bank focused Hong Kong as overseas developing center and planned to take some actions to support developing business in Hong Kong, including injection, merger and acquiring other assets. But she added that the acquisition target had not been decided and building new banks had not been in the considerations of the bank, either.
