B-Tech (0412) passed a proposal on share swap with Vlink Global Ltd.(0563) in today¡¦s special shareholder meeting.After completing the second share swap, Vlink Global Ltd.(0563) ) would hold 33.3% stake in B-Tech (0412) while B-Tech (0412) would hold 3.7% stake in Vlink Global Ltd.(0563) .
