Great Eagle considering seeking HK$1 bln syndicate loan

Lo Ka Shui, deputy chariaman and deputy managing director of Great Eagle (0041), said the company was considering seeking a syndicate loan worth HK$1bln and partial of the loan would be used for increasing its stake in CITIC Bank Tower.
He said since market rate was approaching bottom, Great Eagle (0041) was studying feasibility of long-term loan.
 He added there were HK$ 1bln to HK$ 2bln cash on hand.
