Sino-I.com revises trade clauses

Sino-I.com Ltd(0250) announced to revise trade terms for selling asset valued at HK$2417 mln to Learning Concepts(0680), Of which cash would be lowered to HK$124 mln from HK$470 mln and the remaining HK$2293 mln would be paid by issuing new shares.

Sino-I.com Ltd(0250) said due to devaluation of the web, the company lowered the cash cost.
