Wai Kee has no cooperation plan with its shareholder New World Development

New World Development (0017) entered the share interest in Wai Kee Holdings (0610) last year. Zen Wei Pao William, chairman of Wai Kee Holdings, said the two sides had no cooperation plan at the moment. 

On the other hand, Road King Infrastructure (1098), the subsidiary of Wai Kee also inspected the investment projects in China West, but it had no plan of investment, either.
