CITIC Pacific to form 250 mln yuan cyber tech jv in Dalian with local govt

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Governor of Liaoning province Bo Xilai said CITIC Pacific Ltd and the Dalian municipal government will set up a 250 mln yuan cyber tech joint venture.

	    Cited by the Ming Pao Daily, Bo said CITIC Pacific is expected to take a 40 pct stake in the jv and Dalian will hold the remaining 60 pct.

	    Bo said investments of the joint venture will include a project to develop a broadband network in Dalian.

	    Bo said Liaoning province is expected to sign investment agreements worth about 1 bln usd with Hong Kong companies.
