Shanghai April housing prices up 4 pct yr-on-yr, 0.7 pct mth-on-mth

SHANGHAI (AFX-ASIA) - Shanghai's residential property prices in April rose 4 pct from a year earlier and 0.7 pct from a month earlier, the Shanghai Daily reported, citing the Shanghai Real Estate Index.

	    The report said the city's property prices in the commercial office market rose slightly in April, but gave no figures.
