Carry Wealth spends US$1 mln acquiring a jeans factory in Africa

Carry Wealth holdings (0643) announced to acquire a jeans factory in South Africa at US$1 mln. The factory was about 5000 square meters with more than 500 workers, annual production amounting to 120,000 dozen.

This was the second acquisition action for the company in South Africa since purchasing a knitting mill at the beginning of this year.
