Far East Technology International delays notification of acquisition

Far East Technology International (0036) announced that it would delay sending the notification of acquisition of 49% shares in Ningxia Petroleum Exploitation Company, in that the company needs more time to complete serious evaluation and relevant matters. The company has applied to SEHK for postponing the day to June 15.
