Huinan Changlong being in talks of introducing strategic investors

Zhang Hong, chairman of Jilin Province Huinan Changlong Bio-pharmacy Company (8049) said the company was in consideration of introducing strategic investors and was now in talks with interested companies of Taiwan and other places. Regarding whether the company would increase issuing A shares after being listed on Hong Kong H shares market, he said it was not involving in consideration yet.

The company spent 14.4% revenue as research fees last year and the research fees this year were expected similar to that of the previous year. He also forecasted that the price of the raw material would change very little and the gross profit could maintain the same level of last year.
