Apple to open 25 branded stores across U.S. in 2001

CUPERTINO, CA (AFX) - Apple Computer Inc said it plans to open 25 retail outlets across the U.S. this year, with the first two stores opening this Saturday, in McLean, VA, and in Glendale, CA.
