Tysan Holdings provides guarantee worth HK$74.7 mln for subsidiary

Tysan Holdings (0687) announced that it would provide French Paris Bank, who granted its subsidiary Tysan Construction a loan worth HK$25 mln, with a conditional guarantee.

The loan and guarantee will expire on April 30, 2003 and the HK$25 mln guarantee accounted for 3.69% of the tangible assets of the group ended Sept. 30, 2000.
