Asia Commercial Holdings winds up acquisition of 54% KBQ shares

Asia Commercial Holdings (0104) finished the acquisition of 54% shares of KBQuest Holding Limited on May 16. The company announced in mid-April that it would obtain 54% KBQ shares at a price of HK$42 mln from Webwork Holdings Ltd.

KBQ is mainly involved in providing design service for info-tech clients.

The deal will be paid through placement of 42 mln shares at HK$1 each.
