WellNet plans to acquire 5%-15% shareholding in a software development company

WellNet Holdings (0024) said in an announcement that the company has the intention of acquiring 5%-15% stake in a software development company from a independent party.

Both parties have stepped on the stage of primary negotiation and do not enter into any agreement. 

The company said except for negotiation mentioned above, they do not know any reason leading to growth in share price.
