DBS to be Top bank in Asia after acquisition of Dao Heng Bank Group

DBS Bank Vice Chairman and CEO claimed that the bank was expected to grow into the best bank in Asia in terms of housing installment, credit card and assets management in the coming 3-5 years after the acquisition of Dao Heng Bank Group (0223).

He said in an interview that the company would sharpen its competitiveness by acquisition of peers and inside growth to expand business, adding that another strategy was to take over various companies to develop itself into an all-round player.
