SW Kingsway Capital finishes acquiring 100% shareholding of Polaris

SW Kingsway Capital Holdings (0188) announced it finished acquiring 95% 
shareholding of Polaris on May 16 and on the same day purchased the rest 5%
 shareholding from an independent third party. Polaris will rename as Kingsway
