World Trade Bun Kee public holding too low; HKEx expresses concerns

World Trade Bun Kee (0380) announced 93.76% stake of the group issued before the mid-Jan is mainly in control of a few shareholders. The Hong Kong Exchange has expressed its concerns on it. 



The group completed the survey on April 18 and received replies from people who owned 22.37% stake in the group, but nothing special found. The data shows 18.76% of the issued shares are owned by 12 shareholders and 75% of the issued total are controlled by directors of the group and other relevant persons, totaling 180 mln shares.
