Elec & Eltek delays posting the notification of increasing EEIC shares to shareh

Elec & Eltek International Holdings (0033) announced to delay posting the notification of increasing the shares in EEIC, the subsidiary of Elec & Eltek International in Singapore to the shareholders till May 24 or before the date, as the acquisition data and accountants report were not ready yet. The company announced in the previous time to plan to spend HK$357.4-403 mln cash on part acquisition.
