Lan Zhou to introduce mobile one-way fee charge plan

Domestic websites reported that China Mobile (0941) parent company China Mobile Telecom and China Unicom (0762) parent company China United Telecom plan to reveal a mobile one-way fee charge scheme in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province.

Minister of Information Industry Wu Jichuan stressed last year that the one-way charging was illegal in China. China Mobile was reportedly negotiating with its parent company in a hope to remove the ban on one-way charge.
