Cheung Kong unveils extra 18 Laguna Grande units at avg 6,123 hkd/sq ft

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) Cheung Kong (Holdings) said the company has launched an additional 18 units at the Laguna Grande development at an average price of 6,123 hkd per square foot.

	    Cheung Kong said the 18 units have an area of more than 1,400 square feet each.

	    The Laguna Grande is the fourth phase of the Laguna Verde residential project located in Hung Hom.
