Liu Chong Hing Bank posts zero growth in lending in Q1

HONG KONG (AFX-ASIA) - Liu Chong Hing Bank Ltd executive director Nam Lee Yick said the bank posted zero growth in lending in the first three months of this year, the Sing Tao Daily reported.

	    Nam said the bank does not expect too much from its lending business this year.

	    However, Nam said the bank still forecast it will record a single digit increase in lending for 2001.
