Plotio Holdings holds increase 10.11% shares by the major shareholder

Plotio Holdings  (0499) declared that the company planned to issue 150mln new shares at HK$0.1 each to the major shareholder, representing 10.11% of its enlarged shares capital, to raise HK$14.6mln for redeeming the bonds and general working capital.
