China Motion Telecom relevant dealing sum over exemption limit of Exchange

China Motion Telecom International (0989) announced that as the turnover combination of the group had been changed, according to the non-audited financial report of late March, 2001, the turnover of Shenzhen Motion Mobile represented 23.2% of the total, 0.2% higher than the previously planned 23%. The Exchange would keep the right of taking further action according to it.

The group said it would take proper actions to maintain the relevant dealing sum in the exemption limit.
