Fortuna International: Ostrich meat price up 15% blessed by mad-cow disease

Fortuna International Holdings (0530) Vice Chairman and Managing Director Chan
 Chuen Wing said that the company was mainly engaged in wine sales which
 claimed 70% turnover while ostrich leather and meat was also a core business
