Greater China Sci-Tech to issue 230 mln new shares to raise HK$54.74 mln

Informants claimed that Greater China Sci-Tech Holdings (0431) planned to float 230 mln new shares at HK$0.238 each to raise HK$54.74 mln which will be used for regular operational capital.

The placing price of HK$0.238 is a 2.86% discount of the quotation of HK$0.245 before suspension.
