CASIL Telecommunications to raise HK$48.9mln by new shares issue

CASIL Telecommunications Holdings (1185) declared that the company had sold 100mln new shares at HK$0.5 to the independent third party to raise HK$48.9mln for general working capital. After placement, CASIL Group will holds decrease to 51.22% stake of CASIL Telecommunications from 51.37%.
