Asia Logistics Technologies to raise HK$86.9mln by first-old-then-new shares

Asia Logistics Technologies (0862) declared that its major shareholder, Golden Infinity, had agreed to place 329mln old shares at HK$0.175 each to the independent party  to raise HK$86.9mln for general working capital by first-old-then-new shares. After placement, the bargainors will purchase 506mln new shares at HK$0.175.
