9-mln-share over-allotment option of China Foods Holdings exercised

In the walk of the release of first-old-then-new placement scheme, Top Glory International Holdings (0268) and China Foods Holdings (0506) announced that BNP had exercised its over-allotment option. Accordingly, China Foods Holdings (0506) will issue 9 mln shares at HK$1.65 each, thus increasing its total placed shares to 52 mln shares and total raised funds to HK$85.8 mln.
