Li W.J.Gonzaga: Wharf Holdings considers spin-off and privatization

Wharf Holdings (0004) Chairman Li W.J.Gonzaga claimed that the company wouldnˇ¦t rule out the privatization move or spin-off of non-core businesses if the time and condition are mature, adding that it may lop off its new telecom sector for listing at a proper time.

The company sold Cross-Harbour Holdings (0032) shares last year.
