Wong's Kong King clarifies its chairman not lose the share controlling

Referring to the report that Wong Senta, the chairman of Wong's Kong King International (0532) has lost the share controlling of the company, Wongˇ¦s Kong King solemnly declared that the equity interest and position of Wong Senta in the company were not affected by the loans agreement, which was signed by its subsidiaries and the independent third parties.

According to the previous report, if the equity interest and position of Wong Senta in the company changed, all the unpaid debts for the loans financing would expire at once and should be repaid immediately.
