City e-Solutions declares final dividend to be HK$0.02 and to be paid in cash

City e-Solutions (0557) distributed its final dividend to be HK$0.02, which should be paid only in cash. The company announced while releasing its annual earnings to late December, 2000 that the shareholders could choose to replace the dividend by shares, but as the average price during the five dealing days before the annual board meeting was only about HK$0.49, lower than the par value of the shares, according to the relevant laws, the company should not issue shares at price lower than the par value, the final dividend should be paid only in cash.
